KINKI 中国印刷厂综述
KINKI印刷厂成立于1984年的10月，位于中国上海的虹口区。该工厂占地8000亩，约有200员工，其中有41名技师。其被认为是国内最为现代，全面和专业的印刷工厂。

Nowadays, Kinki has 18 computerized UV letterpress, heideberg 4-color printing machine, up to 6-color full rotogravure presses, roll-to-roll silk screen and litho press, etc. 我们的常规生产流程是从接受定单，印前准备，印刷，校对，包装到准时发货。每一步，都是由我们的电脑数据库直接监控。

印刷产品
我们的工厂负责制版，印刷和装订各种书本，大量的日历，文具，杂志和期刊，目录，宣传单等等。


认证
所有的产品都经过UL/CSA认证，且在1995年5月就已得到ISO9001/ISO9002认证证书。因此，KINKI的产品不会有任何的质量问题。

质量控制系统
KINKI充分利用SIXSIGMA作为其质量管理系统，在生产过程中衡量每个步骤。以及在印刷品的生产过程中，通过分析数据这一方法来改进生产程序和效果。基于客户的需求和经济实力，所有的改进过程都以最佳方式有效的进行着。通过此体系，我们可以降低错误或缺陷，来更好的满足客户的期望，从而增加生产力和利益。


印刷过程
Our regular procedure is fulfilled end-to-end from order taking, prepress preparation, printing, collation, packaging, to punctual delivery. Every procedure is controlled through our Computer database. At that, we have special supervisors follow up all the procedures during the steps of production. Once find the defaults or mistakes, the supervisor will soon make response and then deal with them in time until everything is ongoing well.
