Design Work flow
当社は注文を受けてから、専業デザイナーが直ちにお客様と連絡を取ります。専業デザイナーがお客様の要求をよく理解出来る以上、設計の方策を幾つか出されて、お客様が選択出来ます。又は、専業デザイナーはお客様が準備されたロゴ、文字、コンパクトデイスク等の資料で電子ファイルを作って、見本としてお客様に参考されます。出来るだけはやい時間とお客様が満足出来るまで、専業デザイナーが責任を持って、設計を完成させます。
Design Samples and Service Tent
その後、当社では完成した電子ファイルをお客様に速達で、郵便で、ファッシミリでこの見本を送ります。24時間以内で、お客様のフィードバックによって、見本を直すか、又は作りなおします。お客様が満足出来るまで、専業デザイナーが責任を持って、設計を完成させます。
Products Quality Guarantee
On top of this, we will reserve your film and plate making on file to the effect that you can order next time. Otherwise, we can copy a CD for you without any charge. And more, we promise our products are high quality. In the process of drawing a design, 5%-10% warp is reasonable and only allowed to exist. If you have any quality problem, you can contact our department anytime, we will certainly take charge of it.
