KINKI (CHINA) 会社概要
Kinkiの印刷工場が1984年10月に成立され、中国の上海にあります。この工場が(どれごらい大きさ) 、スタッフ(何百人) います、その中では専門技術者41名います。当社は中国で一番前途有望で、先進的で、専業的である印刷工場と見なしています。

Printing Products
今、Kinkiでは18 computerized UV letterpress凸版印刷機械、heideberg 4-color 印刷機械、up to 6-color full rotogravure presses, roll-to-roll silk screen and litho press, etc. 当社の生産過程による、オーダーをもらってから、印刷前の準備、印刷、チェック、包装、時間どうりに配達するまで。それはコンピュータのデータベースでコントロール致します。

Certifications
当社は各種類の本、カレンダー、文具用品、雑誌、ポスター、パンフレット等を製版、印刷、装丁致します。オールー商品がUL/CSA に認証され、しかも、1995年5月にISO9001/ISO09002 という認定書を得ています。というわけで、当社の商品はいつまでも良い品質で提供されます。

品質管理システム
KinkiではSix Sigma という品質管理システムを利用しています。このシステムの特性は商品の生産過程の改進と品質管理がコンピュータのデータベースで自動的に管理できます。このシステムを使うとミスが少なくなり、お客様により優れた満足致します。

Printing Procedure
Our regular procedure is fulfilled end-to-end from order taking, prepress preparation, printing, collation, packaging, to punctual delivery. Every procedure is controlled through our Computer database. At that, we have special supervisors follow up all the procedures during the steps of production. Once find the defaults or mistakes, the supervisor will soon make response and then deal with them in time until everything is ongoing well.
