KINKI 印刷 plant was established in October 1984 at Yangpu District, Shanghai. The factory covers more than 8000 square meters and over 200 employees, among whom 41 employees are professional technicians. With abundant capital, advanced equipments & facilities, and effective managements, full-direction service & support, we now realize full-auto production and operation and then have rather high portfolios. At present, it is regarded as one of the most modern, comprehensive and professional books printing factories in China.
KINKI (CHINA) Printing Plant Facility
Nowadays, KINKI has 9 computerized UV letterpress, Heidelberg 4-color printing machine, up to 6-color full rotogravure presses, roll-to-roll silk screen and litho press, etc. Over 40 world-leading production machines are imported successively from Japan, Germany and European Countries. Our plant specializes in research and development (R&D), production and marketing of flexible printing materials, providing customized flexible 多種資源解決方法 to our clients.
Printing Products
Our printing plant has been making plates, printing and binding various printing products, such as books as well as a large number of calendars, stationery, magazines & periodicals, catalogs, brochures, 包装商品の印刷, ラベルの印刷, カード印刷部門, マーケテイング印刷部門, 商業印刷部門, デジタル印刷. Meanwhile, we also handle the manufacturing of packaging products, including 内防護袋付きボックス, 紙箱, ショッピングバッグ, お客様指定されるボックス, 食品箱, 記念品箱、ギフト箱, 郵便袋, 郵便箱, 段ボール箱, 重ね袋, ボール紙, 収納箱. What’s more, all kinds of ラベルの印刷 and EAS labeling are our major products facing to customers.
Certifications
Early in 1995, most of our products including printing, packaging, ラベルの印刷 and EAS labeling have been certified by the international authentication of ISO9001/ISO9002 and we have established the all-around quality management system, which makes sure that raw materials, semi-finished and finished products are under strict quality control. Therefore, they won’t have any quality problem at all.
品質管理システム
We make use of Six Sigma as our quality management system to measure each process in value chain, the improvement process and effect by using statistic tools during the process of manufacturing our printing products. Based on customer needs and financial performance, all improvements are implemented in a best way and more effectively. By this system, we can reduce mistakes and defects and better fulfill consumers’ expectations, improve productivity and benefits.
Printing Procedure
Our regular procedure is fulfilled end-to-end from order taking, prepress preparation, printing, collation, packaging, to punctual delivery. Every procedure is controlled through our Computer database. At that, we have special supervisors follow up all the procedures during the steps of production. Once find the defaults or mistakes, the supervisor will soon make response and then deal with them in time until everything is ongoing well.
