Printing Plant Outline
KINKI printing plant was established in October 1984 at Yangpu District, Shanghai. The factory covers more than 8000 square meters and over 200 employees, among whom 41 employees are professional technicians. It is regarded as one of the most modern, comprehensive and professional printing factories in China.
Equipments & Regular Procedure
We have 18 computerized UV letterpresses, Heidelberg 4-color printing machine, up to 6-color full rotogravure presses, roll-to-roll silkscreen and litho press, etc. Our regular procedure is fulfilled end-to-end from order taking, prepress preparation, printing, checking, packaging, to punctual delivery. Every procedure is controlled through our computer database.
Design Help In Packaging
After receiving your order, our design department will contact with you quickly and try to understand your thoughts, ideas and intentions. Then according to your exact specification, our designers will offer you our stock to let you choose. Peradventure, we can build an electronic file as our sample by the combination of you the basic materials that you provide.
Packaging Products and Quality Certification
The printing plant has been making plates, producing various packaging products such as carton printing, mailing box printing, gift box & souvenir printing, storage box printing, food box printing, moving box printing, custom box printing, paper board printing, bag-in-box printing, consumer bag printing and mailing bag printing, etc. Most of the products have been certified for UL/CSA and got ISO9001/ISO09002 certification in May 1995. Therefore, they won’t have any quality problem at all.

Besides six sigma-our quality control management, we own a suit of management methods, including global E-commerce management, cost-effective management, time (efficiency) management, global customer service and global logistic (shipping) management.
